Senior Embedded V&V Leader

TXT e-tech , a company within the TXT Group, is seeking a Senior Embedded V&V Leader to work at a major client in the automotive sector. The role involves leading and coordinating the team, as well as planning and executing system- and vehicle-level integration tests for infotainment and cockpit systems across various vehicle platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the test team and liaising directly with the client.
• Carrying out verification, validation and integration activities on large vehicles; Conducting in-depth analyses of software anomalies, identifying their causes and impact on the system.
• Managing the entire bug lifecycle: detection, classification, documentation, monitoring and closure.
• Working within an Agile framework, actively participating in daily meetings.

Required technical skills

• Advanced knowledge of software validation and integration in the automotive or embedded systems sector.
• Practical experience with automotive networks and diagnostics, such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and automotive Ethernet.
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments used in automotive infotainment systems, including experience with Android-based infotainment platforms, such as Android Automotive and/or Android Auto, from a testing and integration perspective.
• Good command of the English language.

The candidate’s profile is rounded out by strong communication and management skills, combined with an effective problem-solving mindset.

Education

Technical diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
