Senior Engagement Manager Workday Success Plan

Workday is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager, with strong HCM or Financials expertise, to join our growing Deployment Success Management team, part of the larger Workday Success Plan (WSP) organization.
In this role, you are considered an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology, leading and managing mid to large deployments and resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday HCM and/or Financials product suite.
- Work effectively in diverse, fast-paced environments and collaborate across teams.
- Provide guidance to partner and client resources during customer concerns.
- Manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
- Review and assess that projects are on schedule according to the defined project timeline.
- Ensure the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW.
- Serve as a liaison for sales and partner relations by providing support and guidance.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, or Financials within medium to large enterprises, and/or state and local governments.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
