Position: Senior ERP Operations Consultant for Dynamics 365

Location: Bolzano, Italy

EOS Solutions, a leading Italian provider of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, is seeking a Senior ERP Operations Consultant for Dynamics 365 with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing companies managing processes. The role involves:

1. Participating in all aspects of ERP implementation, focusing on Operations functionalities, from analyzing client business requirements to configuring Microsoft Dynamics applications to meet those needs.
2. Collaborating with key users to gain a comprehensive understanding of client business processes and aligning them with standard Microsoft Dynamics features.
3. Producing documentation on business requirements and customizing the Dynamics application accordingly.
4. Facilitating decision-making for process modifications or customizations and developing functional design documents to guide development.
5. Conducting testing and training client resources to ensure successful maintenance and utilization of Microsoft Dynamics.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
• At least three years of experience with ERP products, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, especially in Manufacturing/Warehouse areas.
• Deep knowledge of business processes related to production planning and execution, sales, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Good command of English and advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and project management tools proficiency.
• Strong understanding of implementation methodologies across all phases.
