• Minimum of 5 years of clinical drug development experience, specifically in Rheumatology
• Proven expertise in clinical trial design, conduct, and data interpretation
• Demonstrated ability to lead medical aspects of clinical development and collaborate with key stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to travel as needed for site visits, meetings, and conferences
• Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance with GCP standards
