Senior Finance Associate

We are seeking a Finance & Investor Relations Associate to work closely with the CFO on key financial and strategic tasks. The ideal candidate has a solid background in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity , and preferably some experience in the SaaS or cybersecurity space . This role is instrumental in supporting investor communications, building financial materials, and helping prepare the company for future fundraising and strategic planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CFO in the preparation of investor materials , including pitch decks, updates, business plans, and fundraising documentation
• Assist in developing and updating financial models and forecasts
• Help coordinate investor communication , reporting, and ongoing engagement
• Contribute to the strategic planning process and financial analysis
• Participate in market research and competitive analysis to support positioning
• Aid in managing due diligence processes and data room organization

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity , or strategic finance roles
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with SaaS business models and key metrics
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills (financial modeling experience required)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in English
• A hands-on, detail-oriented approach and a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous exposure to SaaS or cybersecurity companies
• Experience working closely with C-level executives or founders
• Familiarity with international fundraising or venture capital networks
