In this role you will drive financial performance for the Electrification and Automation unit in Italy, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape financial processes and governance. You will lead data-driven analysis, inventory and working capital optimization, and the adoption of AI-driven finance solutions. You'll collaborate across Proposal, Product and Execution teams to enable smarter decisions and scalable processes. • Drive financial performance through data analysis and process improvements
• Manage compliance and ensure accurate financial metrics
• Collaborate with teams to implement AI tools and automation
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results in line with policies
• Monitor revenue, margins, OPEX, and working capital to support business objectives
• Partner with Proposal, Product and Execution teams to define advanced financial processes
• Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and governance structures
• Standardize and optimize finance processes for scalability and efficiency
• Implement AI-driven finance solutions and predictive analytics
• Support cross-team integration of innovative technologies for smarter decisions
• Champion new ways of working and digitalization
• At least 5 years in Finance, Controlling, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering
• Experience in product & project-driven industrial environments with sales or manufacturing exposure
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Office 365 proficiency and advanced SAP knowledge (preferably S/4HANA)
