We are seeking a Senior Front Office IT Developer & Quantitative Analyst who will work in close partnership with the Front Office and key banking functions, reporting directly to the Head of Finance .
The role encompasses the development and enhancement of Front Office platforms, as well as providing quantitative and analytical expertise to support trading strategies, risk management, and decision-making across the equity derivatives and proprietary trading domains. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering capabilities with the ability to apply quantitative analysis, mathematical modelling, and technology to optimise trading and investment processes.
Deliver consistently high-quality code in line with team standards and industry best practices, and maintain Front Office applications
Integrate and optimise Front Office applications and data infrastructure
Perform data analysis to support trading and business activities
Collaborate with IT, Risk Management, Operations, and other bank functions to ensure seamless cross-functional delivery
Strong proficiency in the following programming languages: Python, Java, C++, SQL, VBA
Solid understanding of Front Office processes, workflows, and market dynamics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with both Front Office and IT teams
