In this role you shape geotechnical solutions for complex building and infrastructure projects, both in Italy and internationally. You will lead investigations, analyses, and design packages while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. • Lead and deliver geotechnical design packages for complex building and infrastructure projects in Italy and internationally
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated engineering solutions
• Plan and manage geotechnical investigations, including fieldwork, testing, data interpretation, and ground modelling
• Carry out advanced geotechnical and numerical analyses, producing calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports
• Manage work packages across multiple projects and proposals with quality and timely delivery

Responsabilità

• Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
• 5-10 years’ experience in geotechnical design on medium to large-scale projects
• Strong experience in geotechnical and numerical analysis using industry‑standard software
• Solid engineering judgement with excellent planning, organisational, and time‑management skills
• Interest in digital engineering and BIM; experience with 3D modelling or GIS is an advantage
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
• Fluency in Italian and English
