In this role you will lead global I2P reporting and analytics to enable data-driven decisions across regions. You will partner with global finance, procurement, and operations to monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and optimize working capital. You’ll build dynamic dashboards and present insights to senior leadership, shaping P2P performance and cash flow strategies. Develop and monitor global I2P KPIs (DPO, invoice processing time, payment accuracy, vendor term compliance) Establish data reporting standards ensuring accuracy and timeliness of global I2P data Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI/Tableau to drive decision-making Analyze vendor payment trends and early payment discounts to optimize working capital Provide actionable insights to senior leadership on P2P performance and cash flow forecasting Support AP automation initiatives and data process improvements to reduce manual reporting Collaborate with global teams to ensure reporting alignment and data integrity Promote data-driven decision-making and share analytics best practices across the P2P organization Responsabilità
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or related field 5–7 years in Accounts Payable/Invoice-to-Pay or financial reporting with at least 3 years in data analysis and KPI-driven decision-making in a global environment Advanced proficiency in SAP, Coupa, Oracle; Excel (pivot tables, Power Query); BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and metrics (DPO, invoice accuracy, payment terms, early payment discounts) Proven ability to manage, analyze, and visualize large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a global matrixed context
