Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand, apply and communicate the HR strategy in all day to day activities
• First point of contact to advise and support employees and managers at all levels on HR issues
• Execute all employee lifecycle processes, from first to last day in the company
• Closely support organisational change and development processes and ensure a structured approach to skills development (definition and implementation of career plans, growth paths, skills matrix, etc.)
• Manage disciplinary procedures in accordance with current legislation and company policies
• Ensure compliance with legal employment requirements (social security audits, tax authorities, labour office/social security, GDPR, health insurance)
• Strong collaboration with HR Administration and all other HR areas to ensure accuracy of data/documentation and best service to employees

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Several years of experience in the role of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
• In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations to ensure corporate compliance
• Understanding of the company's organisational models and in particular processes as they relate to HR touch points; expertise in implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
• Expertise in managing staff training and development programmes and knowledge of performance appraisal systems, including 360 degree feedback and skills analysis
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both employees and managers
• Empathy and emotional intelligence
• Problem-solving skills, identify problems and find effective business solutions
• Ability to work independently and in team and collaborate with Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Centre of Service
• Excellent knowledge of English, German and Italian
