For our HR Team, we are looking for a highly skilled professional with solid experience in HR Technology and Digital HR Transformation, with a strong background in implementing and optimizing HR information systems integrated with Artificial Intelligence solutions within complex international environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the technological evolution of HR processes, contributing to projects related to HRIS, automation, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and digital employee experience across global and multicultural organizations.
We are specifically seeking a professional currently working in structured international companies, with 5–7 years of experience in HR Tech, HRIS, or Digital HR Transformation, and proven exposure to global stakeholders, cross-country implementations, and international HR operating models.
Main activities:
- Analyze and identify Artificial Intelligence use cases applicable to HR processes, including Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics
- Implement, configure, and integrate HRIS/HCM platforms, with a specific focus on AI, automation, and digital HR solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience across the Group
- Coordinate HR systems implementation projects, ensuring consistency, user adoption, and alignment with global HR processes, standards, and governance
- Manage configuration, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support activities for HR platforms across multiple geographies
- Provide technical and functional support to internal stakeholders on HR platforms and digital tools adopted across the organization
- Partner closely with the Italian HR Team and colleagues across the Group in the execution and continuous improvement of core HR processes, including Recruiting, HR Administration & Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Training, and Talent Development, ensuring alignment between HR operations, systems, and business needs
Requirements:
- 5 –7+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Digital Transformation, HR Operations, or HR Technology-related roles within international or complex organizations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields
- Proven experience in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HRIS/HCM platforms and familiarity with AI, automation and digital tools applied to HR processes
- Strong understanding of core HR processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
