Tenova is seeking an HSED Lead Engineer to join our Plant Engineering Team in Castellanza. The role involves leading HSE design for large, complex plants, ensuring integration of health, safety, and environmental aspects. Candidates should have a Master’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE engineering design, particularly within steel and oil & gas industries.
Familiarity with HSE legislation, engineering codes, and hazardous analysis techniques is essential. Proficiency in English and a collaborative approach are required.
