4+ years in IT consulting, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, program management or IT governance knowledge of modern IT architectures and transformation roadmaps experience in managing complex programs and engaging executive stakeholders interest in cloud, AI, data & analytics excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1-C2) bachelor’s degree in STEM or economics strong consulting mindset and ability to blend innovation with business value
