Location
Senior Key Account Manager, Sporting Goods Sales team based in Milan and/or Pederobba (TV), Italy.
Responsibilities
Steer the Italian portfolio of Sporting Goods Key Accounts, driving sales, brand elevation and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with the EMEA channel strategy. Own and lead the strategic account plan, ensuring full execution and alignment with the EMEA GTM strategy. Leverage market knowledge and analysis to define priorities and identify growth opportunities. Drive in‑store brand presence to ensure consumer awareness, connection and experience. Develop and implement account‑specific marketing plans. Lead a small cross‑market team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective execution. Plan, control, and execute activities to meet sales and qualitative targets. Manage the seasonal go‑to‑market process. Oversee assortment planning within distribution policy to build sustainable profitable growth. Drive profitable market‑share growth with detailed seasonal account plans (assortments, forecasts, scenario plans). Ensure marketplace differentiation and compliance with brand distribution and segmentation policies. Strategic account management with tight execution control.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Fluent in English.
