Senior Lead Semiconductor Analog - Reliability & Quality Engineer Location: Cornaredo (Milan), ITALY
Role Summary The Product Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and automotive quality of APMS Analog products, with a focus on new products and product transfers. The role supports qualification planning and execution, test board definition and debug, data analysis, failure investigation, and final reliability reporting in compliance with client procedures and customer requirements.
Tasks / Responsibilities
Define and manage product reliability qualification plans.
Collaborate with design, application, and product engineering teams on test board definition and debug.
Coordinate and monitor reliability tests, including internal and external activities.
Analyze qualification data, drift trends, and test results.
Support failure analysis and root cause investigations.
Prepare reliability reports and qualification status updates.
Support burn-in activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to automotive quality and reliability compliance.
Skills Required
Graduate in Electronics or Materials
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in semiconductors
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
Knowledge of electronic component reliability and qualification testing.
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in a matrix organization and interact with cross‑functional teams.
Good communication skills.
English required; Italian preferred.
Team and services‑oriented spirit
Preferred Experience
Experience in automotive quality and reliability.
Familiarity with reliability tests such as HTOL, HTRB, THB, ELFR, PTC, and Short Circuit.
Knowledge of reliability tracking and analysis tools is a plus.
