Senior Leasing Manager
Our rapidly expanding Italian branch seeks a motivated and experienced Senior Leasing Manager to lead and manage the full leasing cycle for our logistics and industrial developments.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential tenants, drive lease negotiations, and ensure successful occupancy across the portfolio.
- Conduct market research to generate new leads and target specific companies per project.
- Organise introductory meetings and property viewings while coordinating with on‑site property and project management teams.
- Maintain properties in excellent condition for prospective clients.
- Prepare Heads of Terms (indicative offers) and negotiate commercial terms with clients, aligning internally with management.
- Use CRM software to keep client data accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Stay involved throughout the lease contract negotiation process and support the signing of binding lease agreements without delay.
- Promote properties in cooperation with marketing, producing updated exposés and marketing material.
- Ensure properties are displayed on the website and with on‑site "for rent" banners.
- Participate in real‑estate fairs and events, present the portfolio, and network with stakeholders.
- Manage existing client relationships, address concerns, organise client events, and support marketing/PR activities.
- Build and maintain contacts with real estate agents, consultants, state agencies, municipalities, chambers of commerce, and other stakeholders.
- Identify acquisition targets such as rental‑income producing facilities on sale‑and‑leaseback transactions, land sites for future development, or adjacent plots for potential purchase.
- Monitor the real‑estate market to stay up‑to‑date with portfolio performance and competitors.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of logistics and industrial real estate.
- Proactive, highly organized, and capable of overseeing leasing operations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Experience in lease negotiations and managing a full leasing cycle.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships and networks.
- Familiarity with BREEAM sustainability standards and ESG considerations is an advantage.
