A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment.**What you will do**In this role you’ll report to the General Counsel of the Region and you’ll be working on specific projects with the Global General Counsel, HQ legal Team and on a daily basis with C-Level.In this role you will be responsible for Procurement, IoT, Digital, allocated Product lines, Service and certain compliance topics.You’ll also be asked to:* Define legal strategy on high-risk, high-value matters, coordinating top-tier external counsel and advisors at EMEA level in countries where Legal Department is not based.* Lead allocated compliance matters at Regional level working closely with HQ on global compliance projects* Support cross-border M&A and strategic transactions.* Act as the primary legal interface for senior leadership and business stakeholders on contentious and strategic issues.* Lead negotiation of complex international project and commercial contracts, safeguarding Group risk and exposure.* Provide clear, authoritative legal judgment in fast-moving, sensitive and pressurized contextsYou’ll be also required to:* Draft and review a broad range of legal documents and commercial contracts, supporting both business operations and corporate functions across the organization.* Provide day-to-day legal advice on a wide range of matters, including commercial, consumer and contractual law, as well as regulatory and product rules and compliance issues.* Contribute to the legal support of key business projects and cross-functional initiatives involving HQ, Product Lines and Markets across the region.* Actively contribute to the digital transformation of the corporation at Regional level and of Legal Team, supporting the development and improvement of legal processes, workflows, templates and tools to enhance efficiency and service delivery.**What you need to succeed***Education*: Master’s degree in law from a law school in Italy*Previous Experience*: 10 +years of experience as in-house counsel for multinational environments or exposed to multi jurisdiction activity. Also profiles from top tier law firms will be evaluated advising corporate clients in cross-border matters.*Must have*:* Strong background in contract law and commercial transactions and complex negotiations* Eager to delve into the digital world and keep up with new technologies* Recognized for sound judgment, autonomy and credibility with C-level at regional and Global level and senior stakeholders* International mindset, highly analytical, pragmatic and business-oriented* Willingness to operate at Regional and Global level*Nice to have*: Qualified lawyer*Languages*: Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and written.*Soft Skills*:* Good interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally, at all levels and within the legal function, in the context of both supervisory and non-supervisory relationships.* Able to balance legal accuracy with business needs and priorities, with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset.#LI-GG1
