We are currently seeking a Legal Senior Manager to oversee legal affairs and manage external counsel, based in our Italian subsidiary.

Role Overview
The Senior Legal Manager will oversee legal compliance, manage contractual frameworks (EPC, O&M), regulatory and permitting aspects, legal due diligence, corporate governance, and litigation. The role involves leading a small legal team and coordinating with external law firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the internal legal team and coordinate with external counsel.
- Draft, negotiate, and review complex contracts, including EPC, O&M, land lease agreements, purchase contracts, rights of way, surface rights, joint ventures, NDAs, and framework agreements.
- Support project development, permitting, engineering, and finance teams with legal advice.
- Manage legal due diligence for greenfield and brownfield projects and project financing.
- Oversee legal aspects of partnerships.
- Monitor regulatory developments in energy, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.
- Handle disputes and litigation, including arbitration.
Requirements
- MANDATORY: 3-5 years of legal experience in EPC, IPP, photovoltaic energy, utilities, or top-tier law firms active in the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, civil, administrative, and energy law.
- Experience in international contracting and leading legal teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
