Within our OPS team, we are seeking a team member with a successful track record in Finance, a continuous improvement mindset, and an entrepreneurial attitude. This role will be based at portfolio companies across Europe.
Your Tasks
- Manage restructuring and improvement processes at portfolio companies on-site, focusing on sound cash management.
- Collaborate with local CFOs, CROs, and TMO leads to prepare turnaround concepts through financial analyses, integrated financial models, and business case assessments.
- Develop and implement financing solutions such as factoring, asset-based funding, and credit lines.
- Enhance financial statement closing, finance, and controlling processes, and assist with financial statement preparation and audits.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial advisers, banks, and credit insurers.
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance from a reputable university or business school.
- 6-7 years of international experience, preferably in Big4 / management consulting (restructuring focus) or industry finance/controlling with exposure to restructuring situations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity, energy, resilience, and problem-solving skills, especially in distressed situations.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, including financial modeling and cash forecasting; willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Europe (typically Monday-Thursday).
