Responsibilities

  • Own and develop strategic relationships with system integrator partners and resellers operating in Italy
  • Co-design and execute joint market strategies aligned to Salesforce's Agentforce and AI platform
  • Enable and train partner sales and technical teams on Salesforce's latest offerings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Italy's field sales, Solutions Engineering, marketing, and industry advisor teams

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partner or alliance management, channel sales, or field sales in Italy
  • Deep knowledge of the Italian enterprise technology market and key verticals
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through system integrator, reseller, or ISV partner models
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders within partner and customer organizations
  • Business fluency in both Italian and English
