Job Purpose
This role will shape the future of manufacturing and supply chain operations across a large and complex international network. As Senior Manager - Supply Chain Process Owner, you will lead a team of Supply Chain Business Process Experts responsible for defining, governing and continuously evolving the Polaris operating model across planning, logistics, warehousing, shop‑floor operations, quality and plant maintenance. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of standardised processes, enabling operational excellence across multiple sites and ensuring alignment between local operations and regional business objectives. Principal Accountabilities
Lead & Develop the Team – Manage, coach and develop a team of 9 Supply Chain Business Process Experts, fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance. Own the Polaris Operating Model – Define, govern and continuously improve standard processes across planning, logistics, warehousing, shop‑floor operations, quality and plant maintenance. Drive Transformation & Change – Lead the adoption of new ways of working across multiple sites, ensuring successful implementation and sustainable business change. Partner with Senior Stakeholders – Collaborate with regional and central leaders to align priorities, influence decisions and drive operational excellence across the organisation. Deliver Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardisation and compliance while supporting long‑term business performance and growth. Qualifications & Requirements
10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong expertise across supply chain, logistics, production, operations or related functions. Demonstrated success driving change and implementing new ways of working across multiple sites and stakeholders. Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a passion for people leadership and coaching. Experience partnering with regional, divisional or central functions within a complex manufacturing organisation. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around common objectives. Familiarity with ERP‑enabled business processes; exposure to SAP is beneficial but not essential. About Amcor
