Senior O&M Technician | Solar/PV
Lazio | Up to €42,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Italy's leading solar operators, who specialise in constructing and operating utility scale PV up to 100MW. With a pipeline of over 3.5GW, this client is rapidly expanding their construction and O&M team within the Italian renewables market. This role requires previous solar O&M experience to manage the asset maintenance and performance across sites in the Lazio region. The role is will be remote but with regular travel to the solar plants for maintenance and inspections required.

As Senior O&M Technician, you will:
- Carry out and record maintenance activities as well as identifying suitable suppliers and contractors
- Monitor Performance Ratio and Availability values and secure its compliance with the guaranteed value
- Ensure compliance of the activities with local rules and regulations
- Manage and update all necessary records and activity logs

Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years O&M experience in solar industry.
- Experience with large scale solar operation (>1MW)
- Ability to work remotely and travel to solar plants on a regular basis
- Excellent Italian and English language skills.
