The selected candidate will join our Structured Credits & Real Estate team, which is responsible for:
1. Managing and developing Structured Credit & Real Estate activities in Italy;
2. Centrally coordinating Structured Credit & Liquidity Solutions (SCS) activities for Indosuez Group’s foreign entities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Originate, structure, and execute structured credit transactions (commercial and residential real estate, corporate/holding, Lombard, etc.) for UHNWI/HNWI clients and family offices
- Support Wealth Managers in identifying business opportunities with existing clients and prospects
- Prepare financial analysis, term sheets, and credit documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Identify cross-selling opportunities, promoting synergies among the various products and services offered by the bank
- Constantly monitor risk & compliance aspects, ensuring adherence to local regulations and Group directives throughout all stages of the transaction lifecycle
- Manage, train, and support junior team members locally, fostering their professional growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, external partners (law firms, valuation companies, advisors), and internal functions, negotiating and finalizing agreements, mandates, and contracts
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation and validation of legal and financial documentation, ensuring that transaction execution complies with credit committee requirements and agreed timelines with counterparties
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence activities, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks in the relevant markets, and proposing adjustments to the offering in line with regulatory, fiscal, and market developments
Qualifications / Experience / Required skills / :
- Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
- 6–10 years of experience gained at leading financial institutions, with direct involvement in structured finance transactions (preliminary analysis, origination, preparation and management of the credit process, execution)
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in assessing the ability of an asset (real estate / corporate / holding) to generate cash flows consistent with the structure of a complex financing
- Excellent negotiation and coordination skills
- Strong commercial acumen, results-oriented with tight deadlines, and ability to identify and seize new business opportunities
- Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of French language will be considered a plus
