~5+ years backend experience - PHP, Node.js, or Java
~ Comfortable across the stack: Vue, React, or Angular
~ Fluent in microservices and distributed systems
~ AWS for infrastructure and deployment
~ You already use AI tools daily - Cursor, Claude, whatever gives you an edge
