Senior Pilot Plant Process Engineer
for the plant of
Albese con Cassano (Como) .

The role involves responsibility for process scalability and completing the Process Design Package (PDP) for the main plant in collaboration with R&D and Operations teams.
Responsibilies Design and execution of the experimental campaigns, performing data acquisition and analysis, interpreting of experimental data, assessing system performance and identify operational bottleneck and critical parameters Technical ownership of the pilot plant assets, ensuring safe, continuous, and reliable fuctioning of the facility Managing the procurement of the spare parts, equipments, and materials for day-to-day operations Provide data to the Process Engineering group engaged in developing and delivering the licensor's PDP Active participation to project meetings and safety risks assessment carrying the practical experience built on pilot plant
Requirements Master degree in Chemical Engineering 5-8 years of prior experience as a process engineer in for chemical production companies and/or in engineering/licensing companies Proven experience in the engineering and management of chemical plants Knowledge of key international engineering xykwogc standards Experience in the design of complex chemical processes (specifically: reactor design, separation processes, heat exchangers, and solids/slurry handling)
