Responsabilità

• Experience in plant management or a similar leadership role, ideally in an electronic manufacturing site
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
• Experience implementing and managing continuous improvement initiatives
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
