In this role you help procure IT services for Allianz Technology’s Italian affiliate, aligning purchases with the Global IT Strategy. You will support the Local Procurement Head to deliver cost-effective, high-quality IT solutions for the business. You lead tender processes, supplier management, and contract support, driving on‑time delivery and value. This is a global, cross‑functional role that enhances efficiency and procurement maturity within a multinational context. Retribuzione / Benefits
Transform IT needs into Purchase Requests and manage supply planning to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with expected quality Plan and execute tender phases (documentation, supplier list, RFI/RFP/RFQ, proposals review and ranking) and support negotiations and contracts Engage in active supplier management (selection, evaluation, development) in line with Global IT Procurement strategy, risk management and compliance Identify cost‑optimized IT solutions and streamline processes in collaboration with Global Head of IT Categories Ensure IT products and services are purchased cost‑ and time‑efficient, while promoting development of the international Global Procurement community Responsabilità
Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering or equivalent experience 5+ years of purchasing experience 5+ years as Project Manager or Service Manager Experience in matrix, multicultural organizations Excellent communication skills across all company levels Agile mindset Result orientation and customer‑centric approachAutonomous and able to work under pressure Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Fluent in Italian and English; third language a plus Requisiti fondamentali
