Senior Product Manager - Data Center Cooling

Clivet SpA is now looking for a new colleague who will join our team as Senior Product Manager - Data Center Cooling.

What will this role involve?
As our new Senior Product Manager - Data Center Cooling, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the company’s data center cooling solutions, ensuring the portfolio meets market needs, remains competitive, and aligns with strategic objectives.
• Work closely with R&D, Technological Platform, and collaborate with Product Sales Management to support product positioning and go-to-market activities.
• Drive the entire product lifecycle management, from introduction to phase-out, including portfolio optimization and rationalization.
• Monitor project and product performance, provide insights on market and technology trends, and ensure alignment between technical development and business goals.

This is what we’re looking for in this role:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of previous experience in Product Management, Product Development, or Product Portfolio Management. Experience in critical infrastructure or data center technologies is highly valued.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessment.
• Excellent collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities to coordinate across R&D, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Familiarity with data center cooling products (e.g., Chillers, Air Handling Units, Liquid Cooling solutions) and industry standards is a plus.
