About the Role
At Amazon Key, we empower customers to manage access to their homes and businesses. As part of the Amazon Devices and Ring organization, we develop new devices, software, and services to solve critical access problems for B2C and B2B customers. The Sr Product Manager – Tech will lead end-to-end product development for consumer-facing products, including hardware, firmware, and software.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, design, development and launch of hardware and software products that delight customers.
- Define and develop product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis.
- Create buy‑in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Define creative, high‑quality, simple product roadmaps based on product strategy and vision.
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams from partner organizations.
- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories for product specifications and architecture.
- Manage backlog prioritization and trade‑offs among customer feedback, performance, and operational support load.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver features to market.
- Launch products to market in partnership with Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
A Day In The Life
You will own end‑to‑end product delivery for consumer‑facing solutions, partnering with product leaders, legal, privacy, marketing, and more to deliver delightful customer experiences. You will anticipate customer needs, proactively plan future features, and maintain strong ownership of the customer experience.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technical decisions and strategy.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching customer‑facing experiences.
- Experience launching hardware products.
