Product Marketing Manager – Italian Market As a Product Marketing Manager for the Italian market at Qonto, your main focus will be to develop strong customer insights, drive the go‑to‑market strategy, and support the successful launch and adoption of our products in Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our market strategy and contribute directly to Qonto’s growth. The role is a maternity cover for Giulia, our current Product Marketing Manager for the Italian market.

Responsibilities

Specialize in customer insights for the Italian market, identifying and prioritizing use cases and features that resonate with local customers.

Drive the GTM strategy, ensuring effective product launches and strong market positioning.

Act as Product Captain, ensuring a strong feedback loop between customers, market, and Product teams.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns and messaging tailored to the Italian market.

Be the product point of contact within the market, representing Qonto at local events and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Continuously monitor market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision‑making.

About You

Experience: Work within the fintech or payment domain due to the highly regulated nature of the Italian market. Proven experience in product marketing or related roles.

Customer Obsessed: Strong understanding of customer insights and ability to identify and prioritize use cases that resonate with the local market.

Stakeholder management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision‑making.

Market Knowledge: In‑depth knowledge of the Italian market, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

Analytical and business‑oriented: Business acumen and data‑driven mindset, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on market analysis and KPIs.

Languages: Native‑level Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.
