Senior Program Manager, EU Shipper Support, Amazon Shipping
As Program Manager for Shipper Support, you will drive process improvement and operational excellence across the Shipper Support organization. You will translate frontline pain points into scalable programs by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations, acting as a bridge between operations and the business. Your work enables a more efficient, reliable support model for shippers globally while supporting Amazon’s growth and customer obsession. This role offers scope to influence end-to-end processes and share best practices across regions. base salary (listed) sign-on payment statutory benefits region-specific benefits potential higher salary/level based on skills and experience Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance shipper experience and reduce defects Coach Shippers, Account Managers and Shipper Support Specialists to perform root cause analysis and solutions Partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to implement process and tool improvements Analyze contact drivers and operational data to prioritize opportunities Design scalable processes, SOPs, and playbooks for consistency and quality Manage end-to-end lifecycle of improvements from problem ID to rollout Create leadership narratives and program updates (6-pagers, WBR/MBR) Develop metrics and reporting to quantify impact and ROI Facilitate knowledge transfer across regions to scale best practices Serve as subject matter expert on shipper support operations and escalation patterns Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or related background Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence without direct reporting lines Experience in business process improvement; Lean or Six Sigma is a plus As Program Manager for Shipper Support, you will drive process improvement and operational excellence across the Shipper Support organizatio… #J-18808-Ljbffr
