Senior Project Manager

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the project from the time it officially begins until the installation of the machinery on the customer site. You will ensure the project results meet technical, quality, reliability, schedule and cost requirements.

Responsibilities

• Planning, monitoring and managing G.D projects: ensuring results meet requirements in terms of technology, quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
• Ensuring the correct order processing to delivery of the product, planning activities and times, in agreement with other departments, to ensure compliance with the planning and the deadlines agreed with the other departments and the customer.
• Monitoring performance and recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions and managing projects to ensure on‑time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
• Ensuring adequate communication is maintained regarding project status and priorities to achieve the project objectives in terms of time, budget and realization.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Management.
• Proven and solid experience of at least 5 years in Project Management in a structured and matrix organization.
• Experience in tracking and monitoring projects’ budgets and assessing risk management.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Microsoft Project).
• Negotiation skills and ability to manage conflicts.
• Decision‑making and problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent presentation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
