About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Project Management to support business development, with a strong focus on entry into and consolidation within the e‑mobility market. This context is characterized by high technical complexity and highly demanding customer requirements in terms of quality, timelines, and reliability.

As a managerial role with functional responsibility for the Project Management organization, you will have a direct impact on the quality of project execution and on the success of strategic initiatives in a dynamic and fast‑growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop the Project Management function, in line with the Project Management Transformation roadmap
• Ensure effective project planning and execution, guaranteeing compliance with timelines, costs, and quality standards
• Take direct ownership of strategic initiatives, particularly in the e‑mobility domain, managing all project phases hands‑on
• Act as the main customer interface for the most critical projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and reliability
• Work cross‑functionally with Engineering and Production teams during development and throughout execution
• Contribute to the evolution of the Project Management operating model, promoting best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Proven experience leading Project Management teams/functions in complex, technical environments with high customer expectations
• Strong capability to drive end‑to‑end project governance (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, stakeholders)
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic, customer‑critical projects with a hands‑on approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior customer interfacing
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Manufacturing/Production
• A continuous improvement mindset with experience driving standardization and best practices in PM processes
• E‑mobility experience (projects, customers, products, or ecosystem) is a strong plus
