Cooltura is a social-first creative agency specialized in short-form content and digital-first campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands across fashion, luxury, beauty, and culture — spanning TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond.

MISSION

Be the strategic and operational backbone of key luxury & fashion accounts — leading projects end-to-end, from idea to execution, ensuring excellence at every stage.

You will act as the bridge between clients, creative, strategy, and production, translating vision into seamless delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the end-to-end management of social-first campaigns and content ecosystems
• Act as main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
• Translate creative and strategic vision into clear plans, timelines, and execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production, talent)
• Oversee shootings, content production, and social activations
• Manage budgets, timing, deliverables, and quality control with precision
• Support pitching, proposals, and new business opportunities
• Ensure alignment between creative ambition and operational feasibility
• Troubleshoot across stakeholders with a solution-oriented mindset
• Monitor performance and contribute to reporting and optimisation

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years experience in a creative, social, or content-driven agency
• Proven experience managing luxury, fashion clients
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and short-form content dynamics
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Autonomous, responsible, and hands‑on
• Experience working on international campaigns
• Sensitivity to creative direction and storytelling
• Experience managing talent and creators
• Background in premium / luxury brand environments
