About the Role
We are looking for a senior Project Management to support business development, with a strong focus on entry into and consolidation within the e‑mobility market . This context is characterized by high technical complexity and highly demanding customer requirements in terms of quality, timelines, and reliability.
As a managerial role with functional responsibility for the Project Management organization, you will have a direct impact on the quality of project execution and on the success of strategic initiatives in a dynamic and fast‑growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop the Project Management function, in line with the Project Management Transformation roadmap
- Ensure effective project planning and execution , guaranteeing compliance with timelines, costs, and quality standards
- Take direct ownership of strategic initiatives , particularly in the e‑mobility domain , managing all project phases hands‑on
- Act as the main customer interface for the most critical projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and reliability
- Work cross‑functionally with Engineering and Production teams during development and throughout execution
- Contribute to the evolution of the Project Management operating model , promoting best practices , standardization , and continuous improvement
What You Need to Be Successful
- Proven experience leading Project Management teams/functions in complex, technical environments with high customer expectations
- Strong capability to drive end‑to‑end project governance (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, stakeholders)
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic, customer‑critical projects with a hands‑on approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior customer interfacing
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Manufacturing/Production
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience driving standardization and best practices in PM processes
- E‑mobility experience (projects, customers, products, or ecosystem) is a strong plus
