Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of a major 50MW new-build data centre in Milan , acting on behalf of the client within an Owner’s Representative role. The position holds responsibility for managing defined scopes across design, construction, and commissioning , ensuring alignment with programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
- The role requires strong experience delivering mission-critical projects and the ability to manage complex CSA and MEP interfaces across the full RIBA lifecycle.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects across RIBA Stages 2–6 .
- Strong understanding of CSA / MEP coordination and interface management.
- Experience working in Italy and/or fluency in Italian .
- Background in client-side, owner’s rep, or consultancy delivery preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on large-scale, high-value projects in fast-paced environments.
