How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support project execution strategies, including resource planning and risk management, to align with business unit goals.
- Establish and maintain project activities to meet time, cost, and quality targets, supporting business unit KPIs.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout project execution, sharing lessons learned across the organization.
- Analyze scope of supply and customer contract agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Define internal indicators for project control and systematically share relevant project information with stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
- Nearly 10 years of experience in turn‑key EPC contracts, with roles such as Site or Commissioning Engineer/Manager, or Project Manager, and knowledge of high voltage substations (AIS & GIS) and FACTS.
- Knowledge of contract law, commercial and quality topics, and Environmental Health and Safety standards (D.Lgs 81/08) for construction sites.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Availability for national and international business trips (up to 25%) during project execution.
- Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, etc.) is a plus.
