Within the Group P&C Retail Insurance and Technical Control , we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Periodic performance monitoring of P&C portfolios:
- Design, implement and enhance metrics and monitoring tools to help provide insights in managing the business
- Build advanced forward‑looking models for P&C retail insurance (motor / non‑motor) able to identify any deviations from the plan
- Develop optimized data models supporting analytics and reporting
- Create dashboards to summarize main findings
- Present and communicate modeling results and recommendations
- Ensure governance, security and best practices for data management
Support to Business units:
- Helping BUs in defining actions/projects based on the findings of periodic monitoring and supporting them to successfully implement/carry‑out these actions and projects
- Contribute to the development of Forward‑looking Modeling Best Practices
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields
- Minimum 5 years’ actuarial experience in P&C retail with good knowledge of main P&C products
- Advance SQL / Database Querying: multi‑step queries, analytical functions, performance optimization
- Proficient in Python for data manipulation (analysis, automation, and development of analytical/ML models supporting actuarial and business intelligence needs), ETL workflows, and machine learning model development
- Dashboards design and KPI Modeling: Experience in designing and maintaining dashboards (Power BI, DAX, data modeling), delivering clear insights for business steering
- Cloud Platforms (AWS): Familiarity with AWS services for data storage, ETL workflows, and analytical solution deployment
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
