Senior Quality Systems Expert (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Ensure that all relevant IMS documentation and processes are in place to ensure compliance with legal and international standards.
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal audits, support customer audits, and prepare and accompany certification audits.
• Support and advise process owners in designing, maintaining, and improving IMS processes and documentation.
• Contribute to the annual Management Review and ensure transparency of system performance through KPIs.
• Deliver training and awareness programs to strengthen IMS understanding and application across teams.
• Support the development and execution of the IMS strategy, roadmap and governance framework.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Act as a central coordination point for IMS topics, ensuring alignment across functions and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in quality management and/or integrated management systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ideally complemented by ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 27001.
• Experience in audit management (internal and external); auditor qualification.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and improve complex systems.
• High level of ownership, structure and solution orientation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels and cross-functional teams.
• Structured and independent working style with strong prioritization skills.
• Process-oriented thinking and ability to analyze and improve processes.
• Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian.
