We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Principal Team in Milan.
The role will be focused on supporting the delivery of strategic recruitment projects for senior and top management positions across a variety of industries.
This is a key position within our organization, as the Senior Recruiter will work closely with the Principals throughout the full project lifecycle – from client brief to successful closure – contributing both on the operational execution and the advisory dimension of our work.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Principals to define the search strategy for each assignment, ensuring full alignment with client expectations and market dynamics
- Conduct direct search and market mapping to identify and engage potential candidates
- Manage the screening and evaluation process, including in-depth interviews and competency-based assessments
- Develop long lists and short lists of qualified candidates, supported by structured documentation and insight
- Participate in client briefings and progress meetings, contributing to a high-value, advisory-led experience for the client
- Ensure continuous and proactive communication with candidates and clients throughout each phase of the search
- Work in close synergy with the research team and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm
Key Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Middle – Top management search, headhunting, or talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to both national and international scopes
- Solid understanding of HR processes, talent dynamics, and corporate organizational structures
- Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining strong relationships with both high-profile clients and senior-level candidates.
- Demonstrated capability to successfully handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken; any additional language is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality, with the ability to manage complex projects and timelines
- Demonstrated resilience, commitment to excellence, and a results-driven mindset
- Genuine passion for people and human capital topics, combined with intellectual curiosity and consultative attitude
