RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to provide excellent customer service with a CRM focus, manage a client book and after‑sales processes.
• Maintain company standards at all times: support visual merchandising, stockroom activities and cash desk.
• Stay up‑to‑date with collections, possess deep product knowledge and act proactively and constructively.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in premium or luxury fashion, ready‑to‑wear (RTW) background.
• Good experience building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible and autonomous.
• English language proficiency required.
