On behalf of our client, Swiss HR Tech Factory, part of a leading international group specialized in the development and distribution of software and innovative solutions within the international HR Tech landscape, whose mission is to drive digital transformation through cutting-edge automation technologies and artificial intelligence, we are looking for a:


Senior sales account


Mission

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will drive the development of the Swiss market, with a focus on staffing and search and selection sector.


Main responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory;

  • Act as atrusted advisor, guiding clients in selecting the most effective and value-driven solutions;

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, working closely with the Client Success team to ensure satisfaction and retention;

  • Maintainand manage the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data;

  • Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close deals;

  • Advise clients on the most suitable solutions based on their specific needs.


Requirements

  • Curious, driven, and proactive sales professional with a strong hunter mindset;

  • Proven experience in selling software, digital solutions, or HR-related consulting services;

  • Strong market knowledge and hands-on experience working with staffing and search & selection companies, particularly across the German-speaking and French-speaking regions of Switzerland;

  • Existingactive client portfolio or a strong and well-established professional network within the target market;

  • Fluency in German, English and Italian, good knowledge of French is a plus, enabling effective management of client relationships across different regions;

  • Availability to travel for business or relocate within Switzerland to support market development and client growth.

Location/Work model

Candidates may be domiciled anywhere in Switzerland or frontier worker. The role is primarily home-based, combined with regular client visits and monthly presence at the Company's offices.
