As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our business growth and fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Business Growth: Lead initiatives to expand our presence and influence within the Italian market.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Strategic Development: Design and implement innovative tech strategies to provide added value to our existing client base.
• Portfolio Management: Independently manage and grow a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside different teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, particularly in the BPO industry.
• Extensive background in selling tech solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Italian market dynamics.
• Strong ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Proficiency in Business English for effective communication.
