About the Role


From the division Sunset Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for Senior Sales Manager for METT Milan Torre Velasca , our new Residences and Suites project, in the iconic Torre Velasca building in the heart of Milan. The purpose of the role is to drive revenue generation across luxury suites, residences, and penthouses, positioning METT Milan Torre Velasca as a leading destination in both the luxury hospitality and extended-stay segments.

This is a hands-on, lead-generation role, requiring a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to build business from the ground up during the pre-opening and ramp-up phase.


Responsibilities


1. Revenue Generation & Market Penetration

  • Drive sales performance across all accommodation categories, delivering on occupancy, ADR, and total revenue targets.
  • Actively contribute to fast market penetration, generating business through direct outreach and proactive sales activities.
  • Identify and convert high-value opportunities across key segments.


2. Lead Generation & Business Development (Primary Focus)

  • Act as a true hunter, generating leads and securing new business across corporate, leisure, and extended-stay segments.
  • Build a strong and sustainable pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities based on market trends and demand patterns.


3. Account Management & Retention

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Drive repeat business and long-term engagement through consistent follow-up.
  • Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.


4. Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Monitor the competitive landscape including luxury hotels and serviced residences.
  • Provide insights on pricing, positioning, and demand trends.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to support dynamic pricing strategies.


5. Collaboration & Internal Alignment

  • Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations, and Events to ensure alignment and conversion.
  • Ensure all leads are tracked, followed up, and converted efficiently.
  • Contribute to the execution of the Sales & Marketing strategy and business plan.


6. Representation & Networking

  • Represent the hotel in client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Build strong visibility within luxury travel, corporate, and agency networks.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in luxury hotel sales, serviced residences, or high-end real estate.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a lead-generation and hunter approach.
  • Experience in pre-opening or fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Well-connected within luxury, corporate, or agency segments.
  • Highly proactive, hands-on, and results-driven.
