About your role:
Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, this role will focus on serving the Italian client base and developing the Italian business.
- Contribute to securing long-term growth alongside the Head of Wholesale and the Italian team.
- Act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring quality documentation, firm presentation, timeliness, and client proximity to maximize business wins.
- Deeply understand wholesale clients' needs and offer value-added solutions.
- Contribute to expanding the Italian market.
- Develop client networks.
- Participate actively in developing solutions and organizing new marketing initiatives.
About you:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles (preferably with wholesale clients) in Italy.
- Good understanding of the asset management industry, focusing on cross-border players with a presence in Italy.
- High energy and dynamism.
- Excellent commercial and listening skills.
- Experience delivering presentations to large external audiences.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Experience in an international environment or overseas studies/work is a plus.
