We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join the Ready2Fly team and work on an exciting international project for a client in the entertainment industry.

You’ll play a pivotal role in bringing campaigns to life on Social — from daily content to major Brand Campaigns.

You’ll coordinate the work of local Social Media Managers in the different markets, to ensure consistent, high-quality execution while contributing ideas, creativity, and a strong sense for what works.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Creative and Strategic team to build campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Drive the rollout of major Hero & Brand Campaigns across international channels.
  • Translate complex creative concepts into high-end social executions.
  • Lead and oversee the multichannel social strategy for the assigned client across different European markets.
  • Coordinate local adaptations across international markets, ensuring alignment with the central Brand Strategy.
  • Manage and mentor local SMMs (e.g., the Spain market) to ensure high-quality execution and consistency in tone of voice.
  • Streamline the workflow between the Milan creative hub and local market executions.
  • Develop cutting-edge social formats, leveraging emerging trends and digital innovations.
  • Identify and activate global cultural moments and trends in real-time.

Performance & Talent Oversight

  • Aggregate and analyze international performance data
  • Use data and insights to optimize strategy and campaigns

What You Bring

  • 4+ years experience in Social Media Management, ideally within a digital agency.
  • Proven track record of coordinating international teams or managing multi-market projects.
  • Expert knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, including their specific advertising and content dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset paired with an impeccable aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English and Italian, and knowledge of a third language (French, German or Spanish) is a plus.
