Your Role

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the entire software lifecycle, from design to implementation, with training in main banking processes, collaborating on important information system evolution projects.
• Design, implement, and maintain software products and information systems for banking services.
• Participate in new product implementation projects and support the transition to Cloud systems in a dynamic, international environment.

Your Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in technical/scientific areas (computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, economics).
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, C#, SharePoint).
• Experience with relational databases, object-oriented programming, interfaces.
• Expertise in programming and analysis.
• Minimum five years of software development experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
