Senior Solar Energy Project Manager

This is a senior leadership position within our company, responsible for overseeing the construction of large-scale photovoltaic projects in Milan. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in renewable energy and solar sector management, you will be responsible for driving all construction-related activities, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all construction activities including procurement, cost management, scheduling, engineering, logistics, and H&S compliance.
• Develop, manage, and track project schedules and budgets to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee the allocation and management of internal resources, including human resources, administration, and technical teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all construction work aligns with client expectations, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you will require :

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Native Italian speaker with professional proficiency in English.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction management for large-scale projects, including 5+ years in a leadership role within the renewable energy or solar sector.
• Strong technical background in solar energy, with significant experience in utility-scale solar construction.
• Proficient in project management tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
