Senior Solution Analyst

What you\'ll do

• Act as a trusted advisor in international, multi-stakeholder environments
• Gain a deep understanding of customers’ business processes, operating models, and mission-critical workflows
• Lead business and technical workshops with global stakeholders
• Collect, structure, and formalize requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Lead product configuration and technical activities:
• Design and optimize SQL relational data models
• Define API integration strategies
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

What you\'ll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in software consulting, solution analysis, or technical implementation roles within SaaS or system integration contexts
• Consulting background with experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proven experience in writing both functional and technical specification documents
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience in defining and executing test plans (functional & integration)
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Native Italian and Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

What’s nice to have

• Background in Java development is a plus, though this is not a coding role.
• Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management solutions
• Solid understanding of distributed architectures, including microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace)
• Familiarity with key-value or document databases
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS or other) or IT security.
