Amazon's Multichannel Commerce & Fulfillment (MCCF) enables entrepreneurs to reach customers through any sales channel and to manage and fulfill orders across channels. Buy with Prime extends Prime benefits beyond Amazon.com for merchants’ online stores. This role acts as a trusted technical advisor, understanding customer challenges and architecting solutions, researching architectures, and delivering proofs of concept to guide the customer journey. The position may involve up to 25% travel for customer site visits, industry conferences, and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to customers and architect solutions to address their business challenges.
• Understand technical architectures, research, build, and deliver proof of concept solutions to pattern and guide the customer journey.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely; experience creating technical content for engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
• Experience working with end users or developer communities.

Travel

This role involves up to 25% travel, including customer site visits, industry conferences, and team meetings at various locations.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. USA, NY, New York - 169,000.00 - 228,600.00 USD annually

USA, WA, Seattle - 153,600.00 - 207,800.00 USD annually
